- All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.
- For custom or made-to-order pieces, please allow an additional 15-25 business days for production before shipping.

- Flat rate shipping or calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Estimated delivery time: 2-7 business days after dispatch.

- Available to select countries, with rates calculated at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time: 7-20 business days, depending on destination and customs.
- Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Packaging:
- Our ceramics are fragile and require extra care. Each piece is carefully wrapped with protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
