Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Damaged  Items: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear description and photographs of the issue or a prove of the item arrives damaged.
  2. Change of Mind: Due to the handmade nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us at garcondeceramique@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.
  2. Provide photos or video of the product and its packaging if the item arrived damaged.
  3. Once approved, we will guide you through the next steps for your return, replacement, or refund.

Important Notes:

  • Returns must be in their original packaging to ensure safe transit.
  • We cannot cover return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within  15 business days of receiving the returned item.
